The vision of The BridGe Network is:

An established, vibrant, reproducing network of house/micro churches impacting the Greater Rochester area through an empowered and released "priesthood of believers", given to transforming their circles of influence by presenting them Jesus Christ, and blessing the community at large through intentional acts of service.

• Commitment to establish the kingdom of God in the home, neighborhood, community, and marketplace.

• Meet in unconventional places: homes, coffee shops, warehouses, fast-food restaurants, industrial complexes, parks, and other places where people congregate.

• Provides spiritual fathers and mothers whose heart is to train, reproduce, and release leadership focused on reaching the lost in "their" world (1 Cor. 4:15-16)

Mission Statement: Becoming all things to all people... (1 Cor. 9:22)

The central purpose and role of The BridGe Network is to create a people, a mindset and environment which results in a "missional" lifestyle of:

• Every believer a missionary

• Every family a missions team

• Every home a missions center

• Every sphere of influence a mission field

• See church as a lifestyle carried out in relationship in order to mentor, empower, and release people for ministry.

• Takes place entirely outside the mentality of religious meetings.
